- Why NAEA matters to Shardaya: NAEA allows me to connect with art professionals and educators around the world to learn and be inspired by our passion for creative learning! It’s a pleasure to receive insights, articles, and tips that will help me to strengthen and grow in my practice.
- Shardaya’s tip for art education success: I am both an art teacher and an artist, so I must give life to both arenas because they feed off each other. I challenge myself to paint often, apply for art exhibitions, stay connected with artists and art teachers via social media, go to museums, and stay current on happenings in the art world.
